Activing lift
 
Is there a way to activate a lift via script? Mainly I am referring to Kelethin.

They're doors, aren't they? Are there quest functions for manipulating doors?

Yes, and this is pretty comical being able to play with the doors via script. The reason I needed this was because the guards fall from the top of Kelethin to the ground below when pathing. I want them the activate the lift and then get on the lift and head down.

That... would be fantastic. I'd planned on just making upper-level and lower-level guards that don't cross paths, to get around that unimmersiveness.

Pretty easy to do. Just have the guard stand at the top with a pause, activate the lift when he is at that way point. Give the lift about 5 seconds to go down. I just need to check how the guard reacts to the lift going down with him on it.

Well it worked. I had to do a few little tricks on the pathing so that he did not stay in the mid-air while the elevator went down. Altogether, pretty neat.

Sure thing. Pretty cool to speed up the process, Guard Sunblaze is at run speed 12 zipping around Kelethin.
