AE Rez spell Data not correct in DB

Looks like the PB AE CLR Revive lines are not correct with the latest DB as of this post. They are acting like rain ae's. I started looking into this and will post more later. I will try and fix the tables

There have been no attempts to implement them. (they are rather new to EQ)
