EQ Live Data Collection Possible Anymore?

Now that EQ is free to play, I would think it would be a prime time for data collecting. I have been tweaking my server to add some missing NPCs by re-creating data manually but that requires some guesswork. Are there any tools that work for this purpose anymore?
