How can I make my server public with private login server?

I am having trouble with getting the server to work for those who aren't connected to my network, I don't have the .json file for eqemuconfig because it's breaking my server.

My IP is 75.190.243.163

If you can, try to send me the XML file after you edit it :)

You can no longer use the .XML format with our servers, .JSON is required.
