My problem. *i read the FAQ-README before posting*!

I ignore it, the rest is fine, the boot4zone.bat thing loads fine, then I get in game, to my server(which isn't "locked") and it says

and yes i'm up to date with MySQL/EMU and running mini before world, what am I doing wrong?

5) If you are having 1017 errors, please provide the following information:
a) WinME
b) mini, world, then zone
c) 0.4.0? whatever the new one today is

change eqhost to 127.0.0.1 and world address + login1 in loginserver.ini to 127.0.0.1 if you are running a minilogin server.

also since your using mini did you do a world adduser eqme eqmu 200
command?
