question about installing databases -order
 

this is how i set up so far, can you tell me if what im doing is unneeded or if there is a better way. right now i have orginal 3.1 (server + database db.sql) then i added the 3.13 add on. i just downlaoded the new 4.0 server. do i add the new 4.0 database (db.sql) to overright the current database that has the addons + the orginal 3.1 db?
