Damage trouble

Tuning a server for solo play and ive noticed a couple mobs I cant reduce their damage.

No matter how many times I change it, the cragbeast still shows 4k damage and Culthor shows 700. Any idea what im doing wrong?

They use scripts to modify their damage. Change their quest stuff.
