Missing .dll
 

So when i attempt to open, ill get a missing .dll error.
I download and replace the .dll and then reboot the pc.
It then gives me a different missing .dll
I rinse and repeat this with different .dll that it says are missing.
Eventually (maybe after 6 or 7 different ones) It goes back to the first one and starts the process over.

I tried downloading the whole package as well
Same problem

Any suggestions? Im running windows 8.
Considering formatting the hard drive to see if thatll help.... i just dont want to.

Installing DirectX 9.0c is a common fix.
