I read another post which had a similiar problem as this but it didn't seem to be the exact one I was having so I'll bother you all about this one. =) Any help is appreciated.

I got everything installed and got to the login server for gotfrags and could see everyones server. Trouble is when I try and login to my own it gives me a black screen then sends me back and gives me the cannot login to everquest server, you may need to rerun the update yada yada. Any ideas?

Also having this problem. =)

C:\EQEMU>world startzone dreadlands
LoginServer.ini read.
Using database 'eq' at localhost
database.SetVariable failed.

Not sure if this will help at all but I've also noticed the only server I can connect to that is on that list is the gotfrags one that is on there at the top. But all the others I can create a character on but when I click enter world it continues on and when I would actually zone in I get booted back to the server selection screen with no explanation
