New Install, RoF2 client, No AA
 

So cannot see any AA in the AA window. Created a GM account, leveled to 60, gave him 100 aa. Nothing in the window. I have tried a couple of other post suggestions. like the World:ExpansionSettings in the rule_values table is set to 16383, and copied a current dbstr_us text file from a live eq folder. Anything i am missing?
