Whew.. New Private Server
 

So.. I had a local private server that had major bugs.

Changed to :[LoginServer]
Host=Login.projecteq.net:5999

Now, I can log in with new toons. But the toon names are already in use.
How can I delete all toons under my name.. regardless of server ?

You can hop on your database with heidi or a database editor and

Go to your account table, and look up your projecteq account login. Then take note of it's ID.

Then look at the character_data table to see what account_id the characters are assigned to. That account_id is likely linked to your private server login. So, change it's value to the account id for you projecteq account, and then log in game. You should now see the characters transferred to your projecteq account.

From there, you can continue using your old characters or hit delete to remove them as you asked initially.

I was only deleting the accounts, and not the character data table.
