Login Server Creation Limit

Hi,

Looking to join an emu server (Raid Addicts) that allows up to 19 accounts at a time, yet login server creation is limited to 1 per week after 3 total. Am I an just an idiot or is there a way to get enough login accounts to play there without having to wait 3-4 months?
