You can either play on a 0.4.1DR2/DR3 server or get it from the CVS.

Archery works in the DR4 version, you have to play on one of these servers to use this feature.

4.1 bugs?? We're on 4.3 now. Post that under the 4.3 bugs and requests.

Also, have you loaded the database patches? They should take care of much of those problems.
