Server not coming online
 

I have deleted and reinstalled the Spire eq download numerous times. The server shows up in all the right places, but Spire shows that the server is not connected. I have attempted to connect to the server, but I receive an error that I cannot connect. I have listed my config files and, have downloaded and reinstalled the server a number of times already. At this time I just don't know what to do about it. All of the passwords are good, I don't get any error messages.

I have checked all of the logs and there is nothing in them that indicates a problem or any error messages.

As I have mentioned in another post none of the server processes are displayed, not even when the server is not started.
