Recovering Old Account
 

I am trying to recover an old account. I can put in my email address and I do get the password reset message in my email. When I click on that link I am sent to a screen is then telling me that the email address I used is not valid and I have to click on a link to a forum to receive a new password. When I clik on the clicky I am sent back to the screen to recover my password. I really would like Admin to give me a hand with this account recovery. Thank you.
