Mysql

Have downloaded Mysql 3.23.51 from Sourceforge and cannot open anything in folder, after I unzip it. No install or readme. All in an unknown format. Any sugesstions? :?:

Well, 1st off, dont download mysql from sourceforge, its at www.mysql.com

2nd, you probably downloaded a *nix formated one..

Make sure you get the Windows exectuable..

And the version should be 3.23.54a

Ya, if you do download from sourceforge, make sure you download the right file. It's a big long list, and at the top is something called 'MySql 3.23.54.tar.gz' or something like that. You need to scroll to the bottom of the screen and get the one that says '.win-src' If not, its not gonna be what you want.
