Those with performance issues on Radeon Cards with SmartAcess Memory enabled.
 

So the basic issue itself has to do with how EQ Handles the extra buffer from SmartAccess Memory.

But the Essential fix I found without having to disable that to get your FPS Back is to go into your Main folder and find your Eqclient.conf file.

And Change the Line UseLitBatches=TRUE to UseLitBatches=FALSE

And that will restore your FPS back to what it was.

I don't know if this helps anybody nowadays but I figured I should post this so people have access to it.

I should note, this seems to only effect the RoF2 clients. I tried other clients, Titanium, underfoot and the option isn't in the Eqclient.conf. Even with it added in, it doesn't change the performance.

as a side note, Titanium seems to run fine regardless.
