Error "zone.exe" when starting EQEmu server on Windows

Hello everyone, I am setting up EQEmu server on Windows Server 2016 and got an error when running boot5zones.bat: "Error in UpdateTimeLeftWorld". I have checked the installation steps but still can't fix it. Can anyone with experience in handling this error guide me how to fix it?
