i have my server up but whenever someone tries to use lvl cmd it wont work it works for a very priledged use so how can i set anyone who comes on to 80?

Go to your eqemu folder. look for a config setting called "addon" (looks like a notepad document) this is were you can set the status required for each command. And in the loginserver config, were it says default status=(this will be the default status for anyone that logs into your server that does not have preset status by a gm)
