EQEmu ups?

So, what exactly does EQEmu do other than let you play on player-created servers? someone posted on the CR boards that it was faster exp, all the items you want, and so on. Is this true?

The whole point is it is a player created and run server. No paying sony monthly fees. See the main page or my sig below for links to the readme, and faq

Ohh, so even that person who posted the qustion saying a friend said you could summon items, wasn't right?
