Sharvahl (maybe a few other zones) and its Z-axis bug
 

safepoint is (xyz) = -0.1, -0.1, -183.9.

if i spawn/log in sharvahl, i fall to death at safepoint (wrong Z=0) but if i do a "#zone f" from any where in the zone, i just come back to the safepoint (good Z this time=-183.9)

i did change the safe point in the db but still this problem :/
