no "create database" in Mysql

I have the laters version of Emu and I'm running win2k sp3.

I seem to only get the "Flush" options.

I have removed and re-installed with no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

nothing, only the admin tool changed and we didnt update the readme file.

use the mysql console to create the database.

Actually, the readme in 4.1 was changed. Only the readme on the site should be wrong now..
