Guild Wars
 

The Guild Wars Server will be opening tommorow, February 7th at 8PM Arizona Time (7PM PST, 10PM EST). This post is for those of you who plan to play on this server:

In the first two weeks you will run into quite a few bugs, we would appreciate your help in this. Recently zone points were changed and we have had to recreate them, unfortunately, we are also facing other issues and are unable to get to all the zone points. If you run into a zone point that is out of place (Under world, not the zone point, etc.) please report it on the GuildWars forums under technical support. On the post put the zone you are going from and to. Thanks for your help in that issue.

An hour after the servers opening, guilds will be setup, along with their starting city. Each guild will start with a city which will be discussed further on the server tommorow evening.

This is such a GREAT idea...

I have a couple of questions tho...

1) What level would one begin? Is advancement as slow and tedious as in EQ?
2) How do you put yourself in a Guild?
3) How do you advance within your guild?
4) Can you create a guild by yourself?

1) What level would one begin?

You start at level 1. I'm not sure how Image got the XP set up

2) How do you put yourself in a Guild?

Guilds are not assigned. You gotta be accepted into a guild thats been started, or create your own.

3)[/i]How do you advance within your guild?

Thats up to however the guild your in decides.

4) Can you create a guild by yourself?

You can start a guild...dunno exactly what you mean as if you have to have other people in your guild or you can be in the guild by yourself.
