Proc Bug
 

When your fighting and you kill the mob and your weapon procs.. in this case it was the shaman bear form AA skill which lets you hit for 35 damage proc sometimes.

If you kill the mob and proc at the same time, its hard to time or do, but it procs on you. I had to wait and die from the dot.

I put a check in to make sure the creature isnt dead before it procs.

That should do the trick.. Also you should make it while your casting a spell it needs a target, at the end of the spell if theres no target it should just kill the cast.

It seems that by default while your casting a targeted spell and the targets gone it directs the spell/song/effect on you.
