Another possible fix for the 1017 using Minilogin...
 

Ok, this worked for me, so why not give it a try?

Instead of using localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the .ini files, use your internal nat ip address of the server instead? After I made this fix,a nd remembered to add the login accounts to the minilogin.ini file, I was able to get in just fine on both the local machine, and another machine on the network.
