NEW ZONES OF YKESHA

HI!! I'm a new user of EQEmu, and today I have seen in Eq web
that there are new zones on the Ykesha expansion :D
I would ask you when will appear a new version of the emu because I think the last it's old-fashioned...
I could help to develop it if u want.

Nothing more, Bye

They will be in when we are working with eqlive again. The current exe we work with does not support those zone files (as a gm on your server, try /zone gukta and see the error about it not knowing what zone it is). This is not a server error, that is a client error... So we have to get caught up first

However you can download one of those handy Zone Converters so you can look at Gukta and some of the other new zones. I think I liked the old Grobb better though.

But I have downloaded 2 zones patching everquest (Torgiran mines , and The Crypt of Nadox. :D

If I create a num zone for the zones in the mysql database, they will be avaible?

Another question, in my server, in freeport west only there are to mobs. Why is it? How I can change it?

No, you can't use Ykesha zones with the current patch level. The exe doesn't know the zone, so it wont do anything about it.

I dont have Luclin's expansion and I want to know what happens if I copy the zones from a friend's Luclin expansion Cd.
It will work in the emu?

I think this is that we all were looking for.
Loonar Mode Vrsion Avaible soon...

If you can borrow a friend's luclin expansion CD why don't you just install it? It's not like you have to register it with Sony if you're using the emu :) .
