How to make spawns in the data base???
 

Im wondering why i cant add the mobs i make to my DB?...ive tried serveral time but everytime i try to commit the charge its wont work?....anyideas? 8)

Does it give you a Error? Do you restart your Server?

its just dont add....ill use freeportw37690 or something like that....i click commit charges and i disappears to...and the zone switches to acrylia caverns...

MY wife is having the exact same problem. Ive been running thru zones testing and gives spawn points but when she goes to add a spawn she gets the same error

eww no commit changes, the FQAdmin will occasionally fook up ur DB! It happened to me, and I had to completely resource the DB (thereby losing all of the junk i created)

The ONLY way I have found to add spawns is by using the command [#zonespawn ADD]. This only seems to work in non-PoP zones. In the PoP zones the info gets written to the database but the emu will not spawn that mob for some reason. If anyone has found a way to populate PoP zones post it here thnx. I have tried using EQAdmin to add spawns and its bugged terribly.

Download the SpawnED.exe and the new EQADMIN3.8 and the Maps for EQADMIN3.8 and you should just beable too right click on map and it will add a spawn. Works FOR ME :)

Hey that's awesome that you found spawned.exe but where did you find it???? That was my last question!

loaded fqadmin and the spawned program, couldnt find the maps, but neither program will update my database. i get the same errors, all looks good when editing but when i click commit i get errors.

Use this tutorial to do it ingame.
