world.exe adduser eqemu eqemu 200

also i see u added insert into rows user eqemu pass eqemu but in ur ini u used user test pass test :p

Also added MiniLoginAccounts.ini which MiniLogin.exe tells me I'm missing, and added "127.0.0.1 test test" without quotes, in that file. Also tried to leave the file blank.

Yea thanks for clearing that up. A fool is me. I don't go 1017 anymore, I can create a char now. BUT, it crashes when it tries to load up starting city. Tried alot of diff cities.

By the way, the id user and pw user in db.ini is there to tell that my id and pw in mySQL is test test. So that should be left alone i think

That looks like an incorrect client version error. Patch eq and then download/run the eqemu patcher (get it from the main page).

yes, getting this same issue.

using a clean version of 0.4.2, added the worldbuilder1.1 + resist fix for the database issues and can log in, create a char but then get bumped back to server screen with a zone crash and a -3 error of either 'Incorrect header' or 'Unknown Compression Type' in the InflatePacket:inflate() function.

I have patched up to the latest eq version and then run the eqpatcher program linked off the front page. I have only tested this using eqw 2.32 so will go text in full screen now.

Tested it in full screen EQ as well, and same problems.

From someone elses post:

run EQAdmin 3.7, open the accounts tab, 0 in the lsaccount_id field enter 0 if it was blank.
