MS-DOS - gotta love it
 

I installed MSN the other day, it worked just fine, i chatted with friends, etc... Then one morning it decides not to work. Why? Because now its saying my OLEAUT32.dll file is outdated and i haven't updated MSN at all since i installed it. I downloaded the file from www.dll-files.com, extracted it into windows\system folder. It wouldn't let me overwrite because I was in windows. Now here is the part I need help with: overwriting the file in MS-DOS so it will work. Thats it. I did read a guide on how to do it, but it didn't work for me, so asking here :D

Also item editor and eqhost changer don't even work because of this damn file being outdated. I just wanna know how it became outdated over night.

haha, i found a fix! I downloaded the patcher program, and installed it, it came with that dll so the patcher fixed my MSN, woot! LOL
