help! on zones and zone ids

is there someone could point me to somewhere where all the zone ids are at. i cannt not find any information on this and i want to load zones so that i can go to them thanks

Look in the db.sql that comes with the win32 release. The zoneshortname in the zone table in there is what you want I think.
