Need Help with Sql

OKay this is gonna sound really stupid and i know someone will laugh all i need to know is what to run to install Mysql or what the file extension should be changed to in order to run the install source file.

You can download mysql at http://www.mysql.com The installation is pretty self explanitory. The extension of the scripts don't have to be changed to import them, just follow the instructions in the readme to import them.

Okay i see what happened I disnt see the w98 version and went o too far down thansk for the help.
