Zone.exe crushed when I kicked Boot5zones.bat
 

hello.
My probrem is "crush zone.exe" when I kicked Boot5zones.bat.

> a) What error you are having and when you are having it.
Crush zone.exe and new window pop up, and that window shows me "do you want to send this error message to MS?" or "you dont send this error message to MS".

I kicked Minilogin.exe and World.exe, then 2 windows shows me

Next, I Kicked Boot5zones.bat and....

[ Zone.exe window ]

EMuShareMem.dll loaded.
Loading NPCTypes from database..."

and another window pop up and shows me "crush zone.exe".

I update Spells_en.txt last night from EQ Patch server.

change all those 127.0.0.1's to say localhost

was just informed this won't work if you're using a router :/

I am having a simular problem getting flustered

I have tried ever combo known to man and zones still crash

here is my error text ( I had to click close box fast to get it to stay open long enough to type )

Failed to connect to database: Error: access denied for user: 'guest@DIGITAL' ( using password: YES)
EQEMu 0.4.2 eRAMNotes Sucks!


the rest is errors trying to load from database and then window dies and is gone


any help would be great

Im still having a same prob, but
 

It works with Eqemu-0.4.1-Win32 and 0.3.11-MiniLogin.

I used same config files and DB.
boot5zones.bat was working, but EQ Cliend sayd "Error 1002 Incorrect Versions"

Can somebody show me what can I do?

You have a mysql permissions problem. You need to redo the steps listed in the readme along the lines of 'grant all privileges ....'

The 'guest' user-id and password has to be registered with mysql or the database won't let the zone server make a connection.

Ok - I'm getting the same problem with the Boot5Zones.Bat.
Here is the error message I am getting when I kick off the Boot5Zones.Bat:

Only one shows the Loading NPCTypes, the rest are on the prvious step. Then All 5 error out and I get this in the error log:

Note: This is after I kick off MiniLogin and World. Here are the contents of my ini files:

I downloaded the addon @ http://cecugfile.net/ and that allowed the zones to not crash. I haven't had a chance to load up EQ yet though. Good luck!
