error: server hasnt loaded language yet

hi
my problem is when i try to connect to a server an error appears which tells me that the server hasnt loadet the language yet and that i shoeld change mine.
now my question is how to solve this problem...how to change language because in the options isnt a part to change it....

can anybody help me?

Do you use American English EQ?

ruins of kunark is english but the addons are german i think....
a friend of mine got it working but he isnt avialable.
