Ok, this is taking WAY TO LONG!! I NEED HELP!

Ok, first off i have my world and zone servers working... the thing i need help with is the whole npc ite m spells thing. i finaly got npc's after 3 hrs but they dont really work w/out items. any help or links to actual working db's would be awsome.
