sry but what does legit mean?

It means "legal" basically... here it would be "non cheat"

A legit server is a server where you won't be leveled to 60 by a GM... where you can't summon your own items... where everything is exactly like they would be in original EQ (with exceptions of course since the EQEmu servers aren't no where near complete)

In other words, legit play means trying to be like the EQ we so know and love, except:


1). working quests
2). working loot tables
3). working spawn generator
4). player-based economy


there of course are legit servers who have fixed one or two of those faults, but not all.

wow not bad..dont know what you mean by spawn generator...but that would be me... i have fixxed or am fixxing while its down EVERY db bug that peeps have told me or that i have found.

and is it currently up and running? stable? ready for legit play? Do all the zones work? can a player confidently try to zone without the fear of crashing to desktop and being stuck until a GM is on? and do those gms do more than sit in Rivervale summoning GM only items for their online buddies and spawn level 180 dragons in the arena?>and how's the player base? and what i mean by that is how many players are actually logged on, not how many characters are registered in the DB.....

Well, Guildwars IS up and running, however it is locked to get rid of some of the loopholes that have been found. It's quite stable and is very ready for legit play. Log on some time, call for a GM, tell them you need their help. If there is one on, they WILL come to your help. i don't know which "Image's Guildwar Server" you've been playing, but it sure as hell isn't the same one that I play. Apparently you're playing blindfolded or with your computer off.

Second of all, what's your ass hurting about? There was no rule about racism last I checked.

I'm guessing that Hogie was aiming for maximum irritation levels with the 'black boy' statement; in other words, it probably wasn't a racist statement.
If you think about it, the effect is the same, no matter what Raguels true color may be.

The name Raguel seems to be a play on words; Raguel - Manuel
Perhaps he's mexican or hates mexicans. Perhaps the 'Rag' in Raguel refers to Arabs?
