Error 70?

I finally tried out EQemu today and I had a few problems in the game itself, but it was still playable.
Now I go to patch and it says I have an Error 70, permission denied. :(
Can anybody help me?

Try running the EQEmu patch again. When ever I run across an error I do that and it seams to always fix it. Hopefully it'll correct your error(s)

Restart your computer to fix this. it is caused by patcher.exe still running in the backround (it doesnt like having two of itself open).
