Is there anywhere to get compiled release?

I was wondering if there was anywhere to get a compiled version of the new Emu.
I'm not a programmer , and when i try to compile things i make a mess of everything :)
If someone could post a link to a compiled verson for windows , it would be greatly appreciated.
