having issues in game
 

All of the sudden none of my wepons are procing. I have tried leaving the game and comming back in but I seem to be the only one with that problem. Before they we procing on a regular but now they didnt proc once in like a 4 hour period. I even tried to get diffrent weapons but had the same result plz help if anyone can thanks

my prob is the other way around.. i switching weapons and the firs one i had on is still procing(from my backpack?) i can log out and back in and it still does it, i have to log to server select
