How do I unlock my server?

I followed all the reame.txt info and have everything working almost. I see my server on the server select screen but how do I unlock it?

you need at least one zoneserver up for it to be unlocked.

oh and change loginserver.ini to say locked=false because hogie left it as TRUE hehe

Ok that was it it, the .ini file. I forgot I redownloaded it.
