Link to xml file to recover lost files

I remember a post a few days ago mentioning something about a link to an .xml file on SOE's patch server where you could recover files if you lost your CD...does any one know where that post is? I've been looking for an hour and can't find it. It also had a link for flashget. Thanks!

We cannot post a link because it's considered "warez". You wil have to find it yourself, or browse other forums to get it. Try HackersQuest. :?
