Can't connect

I installed everything and followed directions to the nine. When I log into my miniserver (using localhost for all ip's) it says I get a connectivity error. When I try to connect to the regular servers I get the same error. Thanks for the help in advance.

did you patch?

Did you patch to live EQ, then run the EqEmu patcher?
