InitWorldServer failed

I have read these threads and tried everything but no matter what I do- even on the minilogin- when I run the Boot5Zones it says:

Using database 'eq' at localhose
Loading items & NPCs...done.
Spells loaded from 'spdat.eff'.
Loading guild ranks...done.
InitWorldServer failed
Entering sleep mode

Can anyone help me- the above example was the minilogin show but the same thing that is in bold happens with regular login. HELP ME PLEASE!

run world.exe first (without any errors)

I run the minilogin and I run world with no errors- but when I run the bott5zones it has the error. EVERYTIME! :confused:

i had a similar problem actully same problem - look for the thread with it, it has the answer
