Ok having an issue and I've done everything I could think of
 

I've installed mdac..im fully updated..nortons is disabled..I have mysql 4.1 and im fully updated with service packs and such.

I still get this error when I click the patcher (see enclosed picture). If more info is needed just ask.

Looks like you have an incomplete file or something. That file is the installer, and should have an icon for the file. Running it will start standard type install dialogs.

In short delete the file, and redownload it from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/e...r.exe?download
