setting required level on items?

I have the recommended level for using items, but how/where do I set the required level for items?

HELP!!

zephyr, first you need the admin tool.

DL the admin tool. (link below)

Open admin tool and go to items.

Select the item in question.

Go to the 2nd stats tab.

Near the bottom you will see the box to set the required level or even turn it off.
