Run Time error 53
 

When I try to run the patcher from d:\Eqemu2\Patcher it doesnt automatically play EQ, and to get it to say "starting EQ!" I have to click the box during the file check. When this is done, I see al files are ok for EQemu, Starting EQ, and then the Run Time error 53 pops up saying "file not found"
I have no clue what this could be. ANy ideas?

Which file not found?

Maybe I should just start over....again :)

I'm guessing patch.exe is not installed in the same directory as eqgame.exe (aka your EQ directory)

I am curious, will it only give that error with start EQ checked? I'm guessing that message is cause it can't find eqgame.exe

Yeah, if I dont check the box, it doesnt do anything. It just sits there. And I have to click the box while its checking, too. It's really kinda odd.

Reinstall patcher slowly, and install it to the directory you have eqgame in. DO NOT PUT IT IN A SUBFOLDER LIKE /patcher !! Put it into the eqgame folder.
