Krushers..
After Foeverhacking went down, I began to play on Krusher's server. It was really fun and great for......the whole 2 days it lasted! Now whenever I try to login to the server, I get to character selection screen and then proceed to either crash to desktop (usually) or server selection. I have set every option to the minimum to ensure it's not my computer and still nothing. I thought maybe my char was bugged so tried to make a new one....twice....crashed. I thought maybe my data rate was too high, so moved it from 8.5 to 7.0 (I'm on cable) no difference. I can log into other servers but they all pretty much suck - no PoP items mostly and one only has like 5 working zones. I know it isn't just me either, my friend has the same problems. Any idea on how to fix this or what is wrong with the server? Thanks...

ok, I'm not a dev eloper or anything but I have the same problem, the cause, I believe is server load. when there's only a few people on I can play for hours but as the load gets higher, stability gets lower.

bad servers
i have three choices... i play on forever hacking, dils world server, and krusher. krusher hasnt been working for me either. i usually play on dils, cause less peeps then forever hacking, same stuff.. good gms... stuff like that.. try dils if all your others are down. otherwise i dunno whats wrong... last time krushers worked for me my datarate was 10.0

I played for a couple seconds on dil's but found the lack of some PoP items frustrating so still trying to play on Krusher's. I do find when not as many people on I have better chances of getting on, but nothing is ever definate. Yesterday I got on with 75 people on, and got on with 40 people on, so who knows.

ok, here's what worked for me...if possible, uninstall and reinstall EQ, one disk at a time. start with original EQ, patch thru sony but don't use the emu patcher until all is installed.

but on dils there is custom armor better than PoP ones
