Last step to making a server, but it don't wanna work! HELP!

I'm at the last step, where i click world.exe, so I do...Then run the Boot5zones.bat file, and every zone window closes and just one window stays open and says "Read this first" then talks about changing the youripadresses, which I did. So ,I then went to edit the file, and yes, my IP adress everywhere it was suppose to...So I scroll down to the bottom and it says the problem is basically because I didnt copy thr spells_en file, BUT I DID!!!!!!! It is closing for no reason!! Why!?
