Sum1 PLZ HELP

i'm sitting here on my @$$ looking at this flat screen trying to figure out why i have a file called eqw.dll but no use to it in the "Big Button for Retards" tutorial... I can't get EQEMU to run at all so i'm hoping i have to do something with eqw.dll and TADA all my problems will be solved....Can anyone help me out please?
