Unable to see any Servers when connected to eqemu
 

I have copied the new eqhost.txt file to my EQ directory and I can log in, but I cannot see any of the servers. has anyone had a similar problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions? I'd appreciate any help on this subject

I'm having the exact same problem on my home computer.

Eqhosts.txt is normal, exactly as it should be. Have tried repatching, but this was a fresh install to begin with, so I have no clue as to what the problem could be.

Wolf... try letting it sit for a few minutes at that screen.

I just was sitting at the blank server screen while typing that last message and boom, all of the servers just popped up.

Weird.

Really? I haven't seen that before... Maybe our server is getting under very heavy load?

I don't think it has to do with the load, because this happens all the time, regardless of the time of the day.

Where are you located? Can you traceroute to eqlogin1.eqemu.net and paste it in a reply in this thread?

Can someone please help all of us out that are having the problem of only a few servers coming up on the server select screen. I have tried several different things none of them worked. Can someone fix this or try to help us remedy the problem. Thanks a lot
