Initworldserver Failed error
 

Hrm I must be missing somthing.. But today i got a new error witht the beta...
goes somthing like this

Entering sleep mode

here are what my ini files look like maybe im missing somthing here

If thats your zone.exe file it's saying that it can't find your world.exe at the IP you have in boot5zones9x.bat file.

Well see there is the kicker

Zone.exe points to 127.0.0.1... also have world.exe loaded 1st...

Havent seen this before.

anyother thoughts?...

Here is what World.exe Console shows

I think it might be a possibility of not producing the Right DB.

Could anyone post a Spawned DB Correctly made with the World Spawns 0.6?

I've had that error before, and i believe thats how i had it fixed :)

Dumped Old db and started fresh.

Added db.sql then added upgrade.sql

Both whent well...run minilogin/world fine

then i get from zone.exe

im stumped...been using EQEMU since the Tuxracer days (damn near the beginning) and have never had this problem. Im about to kick somthing haha

as long as you login.ini has:
world address= your proper ip
port=proper port

and your database has the % for zone auth, you shouldn't have any probs. are you on dial-up or cabole/dsl?

try using your internet ip.
play with things.
if this post seems screwed, i'm mildly hamm'd.

Im on DSL. tryed setting it up to use Gotfrags that was a nogo as well...Gonna try the " Stable " Version and see if maybe it was just a bug...

I have this same D##% annyoing problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im on AOL dial up and have tried my external and internal IP, localhost and just about everything--- all goes well unil i run boot5zone.bat. It will let me get to the server screen but my server comes up as LOCKED. Anyway any help with this that you may have would be really great! I really want to get onto my own server :)
